I bring nearly 30 years of experience working directly with the financial systems that keep businesses running. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked as a payroll manager, bookkeeper, tax preparer, accountant, controller, and CFO — gaining a full-picture understanding of how businesses function financially at every stage.
That breadth of experience allows me to offer thoughtful, practical financial strategy. I don’t approach decisions from theory alone. I understand how strategy connects to day-to-day operations, compliance, cash flow, and long-term planning — because I’ve worked inside each of those roles.
My goal isn’t just to help business owners see their numbers, but to understand what those numbers mean, how they connect, and how to use them to make confident, informed decisions over time.
I believe financial strategy should support real life — not compete with it. Clear numbers and thoughtful planning can reduce stress, create confidence, and make space for better decisions in both business and at home.
Outside of my work, I value time with family and friends and prioritize a life that feels balanced and intentional. I enjoy a well-run home, meaningful routines, and the kind of structure that creates room to breathe — whether that’s time spent with people I care about or a quiet moment at home with my dog. Over the years, I’ve seen how easily a business can begin to run someone’s life instead of supporting it, which is why I care deeply about helping business owners build businesses that support the life they want.
